1. Agreement to Terms
By booking any service with Nature Green Holidays ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- We have sent you a written confirmation (via WhatsApp, email or SMS).
- An advance deposit has been received (amount specified at time of booking).
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, debit/credit card. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
For package tours, a minimum advance of 25–30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the start of the tour, or as specified at time of booking.
Taxi and vehicle bookings require confirmation payment (amount communicated at booking time). Day-of-travel bookings may require full payment upfront.
4. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply to confirmed package tour bookings:
- More than 15 days before departure: Full refund minus a ₹500 processing fee per person.
- 8–14 days before departure: 25% of total package cost is non-refundable.
- 4–7 days before departure: 50% of total package cost is non-refundable.
- 1–3 days before departure: 75% of total package cost is non-refundable.
- No-show or cancellation on the day of departure: 100% of total package cost is non-refundable.
For taxi and vehicle bookings: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Hotel bookings within packages are subject to the individual hotel's cancellation policy, which may differ from the above. We will communicate specific hotel policies at time of booking.
5. Amendments to Bookings
Amendment requests should be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the change. Changes made within 48 hours of departure may be treated as cancellations.
6. Force Majeure
Nature Green Holidays is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods (including monsoon-related disruptions), landslides, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics or epidemics, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
7. Our Responsibilities
We act as an agent and intermediary in arranging transportation, accommodation and related services on your behalf. While we take all reasonable care in selecting service providers, we are not directly responsible for acts, omissions or defaults of third-party suppliers (hotels, boat operators, park authorities, etc.).
We take full responsibility for the vehicles and drivers directly operated by Nature Green Holidays. All our vehicles are insured and our drivers hold valid commercial driving licences.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for holding valid identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passport) required for hotel check-ins and entry to national parks.
- Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements that may affect the tour.
- Any damage caused to vehicles, accommodation or other property by clients will be charged in full.
9. Itinerary Changes
Sightseeing itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, national park hours, government orders or other circumstances. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons. Where significant changes occur, we will notify clients promptly and offer suitable alternatives.
10. Complaints
Any complaints should be raised with our team during the trip so we can attempt to resolve them immediately. Written complaints after the trip should be submitted within 14 days of the tour end date via email to naturegreenh@gmail.com. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
